Digital Marketing Team Lead

As the Digital Marketing Team Lead, you will be responsible for building up our new digital marketing team, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring our online activities align with our company's goals. You will report to the Head of Group Marketing at our Austrian headquarters and work closely with the international Group Marketing Team to create cohesive and effective digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads.

Your Responsibilities
- Build, manage and lead the digital marketing team
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for web, email, paid and social media to drive lead generation
- Playing captain for one of either SEO, CRO, marketing automation, performance- or email marketing
- Analyze digital marketing metrics to adjust strategies as needed, ensuring maximum ROI
- Collaborate with other team leads to ensure campaigns are integrated and aligned with overall company goals
- Provide digital marketing services and expertise to all country marketing teams of the Hawle Austria Group
- Oversee the integration of innovative digital lead generation technologies into our campaigns
- Further develop and implement the global marketing strategy in collaboration with the Head of Group Marketing
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally multiple years in a team lead role
- Comprehensive understanding of SEO, inbound marketing, CRM, CRO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and digital analytics required
- Agile and project management skills required with the ability to multitask, prioritize issues, and manage projects simultaneously
- Analytical thinking with the ability to analyze data and draw insights
- Knowledge and excitement for current digital marketing concepts, trends, and best practices
- Team player, good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build and guide a team
- Proficiency in English at B2+ level
- Specialized digital marketing certifications a plus (Google, HubSpot, SEMrush, Digital
- Marketing Institute, American Marketing Association)
