Robotics Process Automation LeadMiejsce pracy: KrakówTechnologies we useExpectedRPAAbout the projectRPA Lead is responsible for owning the Automation roadmap for GBS as well as the associated portfolio of projects and the governance and proactive development and enhancement of all processes across the enterprise. Will lead a team of specialists and develop automation and digitalization plans. Will have responsibility for supporting the creation and evolution of the delivery framework, mentoring team members, designing the technical design documents, and delivering the proposed automated/digitalized processes on schedule and with quality. They must collaborate with process stakeholders and peer process owners to ensure effective and efficient process operations and identification and leverage of cross-process synergies.Robotic Process Automation Lead will be looking at the overall automation spectrum, of which RPA for example is one of a variety of solutions.Your responsibilitiesThe RPA Lead mission is to drive GBS automation & digitalization agenda in order to effectively support the strategy & transformation plan. This includes:Reviewing the overall Excellence Automation spectrumDevelopment of Automation / Robotic Process Automation (RPA) framework and methodologiesDefining solution standards, documentation, policies, approval flows controls and technologyFocus on Automation agenda within GBS scopeSet up of automation factory, including selection of appropriate technology supporting solution developmentIdentification, evaluation and final qualification / recommendation of the solution initiativesDevelopment of Automation/Digitalisation roadmapObtain minimum 30% of productivity savings through Automation (for GBS scope)Operational management of virtual workforce / monitoring of its effectiveness and efficiencyConstant market benchmark and application of solutions advanced capabilities, tools and technologyCooperation with Group IT, especially in the area of technology selection, tools and infrastructureWorks closely with developers, testers, process architects and technical architects to ensure delivery within schedule and with qualityFamiliar with solution designs to ensure consistency and continuity across multiple delivery teamsFinal review on the technical design documents to ensure proper handover of the technical design to developers to code the automations as per design. Provides direction and leadership for the team membersReviews recognized system deficiencies and approves the implementation of effective solutionsEnsures reusable components are designed & developed where applicableConducts performance evaluations and mentors team membersContinuously seeks and evaluates new services and technologiesOur requirementsMinimum three - five years’ experience in Business process automation, ideally in a Global Business Services contextExperience in designing, planning and implementing automation and digital solutionsAgile development processesProven track record in people management and mentoring roles, with demonstrated ability to effectively guide team members' professional development.Strong capability in ensuring task completion and holding team members accountable for deliverables, with excellent follow-through skills.Experience in implementing and delivering measurable results through automation processes, with focus on efficiency improvements and technical optimization.Knowledge of development cycle for applicationsExperience in designing, developing, and deploying RPA workflows using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator, error handling, and reusable components.
