Responsibilites and Tasks:


  • Creating and maintaining customer, vendor, employee Master Data records in accordance with MOWI process standards
  • Ensuring that Master Data requests are handled according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Delivering analysis for data quality, preparing reports and clean-up activities in ERP systems
  • Supporting projects where Master Data input is required and brings added value
  • Developing and implementing processes for data governance such as data quality checks and data audits
  • Verifying and harmonizing existing data sets
  • Supporting development and optimization of Master Data procedures, standards and tools/systems
  • Cooperating and supporting other master data employees on daily duties
  • Developing understanding of all Master Data areas and assist other departments
  • Ensuring that data quality issues are analyzed and if valid, resolved
  • Performing Internal Controls
  • Keeping documentation for realizing processes updated


Key Competences:


  • Min. 3 years of experience in Master Data
  • Very good command of the English language (min. B2)
  • Good Excel skills
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage complexity, prioritize tasks effectively with an enthusiastic can-do attitude
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Team player attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in an dynamic & international environment
  • Availability for shift work
  • Good knowledge of M3 will be a huge advantage
  • Experience in PowerBI, SQL would be an additional advantage
  • Experience in SSC will be a plus
  • Nice to have: knowledge of French, Japanese or Chinese
