Full Stack Junior Mid-level NET Developer – Tax GMS Developers

The GMS Tax Technology team (GMS - Global Mobility Services) develops and implements advanced web-based workflow management systems, which support broad range of processes and automations.


We focus on creating secure and innovative solutions integrating expert business knowledge and modern native-cloud technologies. We support multiple world-wide corporations which appreciate the unmatched level of services we deliver.

Job title description

  • Developing and implementing business applications based on detailed requirements
  • Participating in end-to-end software development life-cycle, including design, development, code review and based on best coding practices
  • Keeping project documentation up to date
  • Cooperating closely with business and end-users
  • Providing feedback and ideas for processes improvement - we are one equal team and we want you to contribute to that


Requirements

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) or a student of the last years of their studies
  • Practical knowledge of object-oriented programming (preferred C# language and .NET / Framework)
  • Basic understanding of databases (SQL / NoSQL / Entity Framework)
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn frontend languages / frameworks such as: Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript and related patterns: MVC / MVVM / SPA
  • Very good English language skills enabling reading technical documentation and smooth communication with team members
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as in a scattered environment


Additional assets:

  • Ability to use different testing approaches (TDD, BDD, etc.)
  • Experience in Cloud development – preferably Azure (Azure functions, CosmosDB, AppInsights, AppService, Storage Account, Azure Service Bus, Key Vault)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD environments and delivering software in Agile methodology
  • Experience in implementation and usage of web/windows services and APIs
  • Familiarity with version control systems, design patterns, object-oriented programming principles (SOLID etc.) and ability to use them in practice
