Proces rekrutacyjny

Etap 1: Rozmowa z rekruterem (ok. 30 minut)

Etap 2: Rozmowa techniczna z zespołem klienta

Twoje zadania

  • Wsparcie i rozwiązywanie problemów – obsługa zgłoszeń od użytkowników wewnętrznych związanych z Tableau i Snowflake

  • Diagnostyka danych – analiza i rozwiązywanie problemów z danymi oraz zapytaniami SQL

  • Zarządzanie dostępem – obsługa wniosków o dostęp do Tableau i Snowflake zgodnie z zasadami bezpieczeństwa

  • Tworzenie dashboardów – projektowanie, rozwój i utrzymanie interaktywnych dashboardów w Tableau

  • Rozwój zapytań SQL – pisanie i optymalizacja zapytań w Snowflake SQL

  • Współpraca z biznesem – zbieranie wymagań i dostarczanie skalowalnych rozwiązań BI dla interesariuszy

✅ Kluczowe kompetencje

  • Doświadczenie z Tableau Desktop i Server – budowa oraz utrzymanie dashboardów, wsparcie użytkowników

  • Praktyczna znajomość Snowflake SQL – tworzenie i optymalizacja zapytań, zarządzanie dostępem

  • Doświadczenie na styku wsparcia technicznego i tworzenia rozwiązań BI

  • Bardzo dobre zdolności analityczne i umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów

  • Umiejętność współpracy z wieloma interesariuszami i zespołami technicznymi

  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B2+/C1

  • Proaktywna postawa, skrupulatność i dobra organizacja pracy

➕ Mile widziane

  • Doświadczenie w pracy w środowiskach międzynarodowych / korporacyjnych

  • Znajomość narzędzi do zarządzania zgłoszeniami, np. Jira, ServiceNow

  • Podstawowa znajomość innych narzędzi BI: Power BI, Looker itp.
