Data Analyst (Business Development & Marketing)

Location: Warszawa

Our customer is the leading provider of legal solutions. As an Data Analyst you will provide data analytics support to the Business Development & Marketing (BDM) function. This role is responsible for collecting, organising, and analysing data from a variety of sources to ensure accuracy and enable data-driven decision-making across the function.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and organise data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure reliability and consistency for analysis

  • Work closely with stakeholders across the BDM team to understand data needs and align analytics outputs with business goals

  • Analyse complex data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making within BDM

  • Partner with the BDM Data Visualisation Designer to ensure insights are effectively communicated through dashboards and reports

  • Share analysis outputs with relevant teams, gather feedback and refine insights or conduct additional analyses as needed

  • Stay current with evolving analytics tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance the impact and quality of data analytics


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data collection, cleaning, and integration from diverse sources

  • Strong background in data analysis and statistical techniques, with the ability to derive actionable insights

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to scope analytics needs and deliver meaningful solutions

  • Ability to present complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R for analysis, and Power BI or Tableau for visualisation

  • High attention to detail and a strong focus on maintaining data integrity

  • Excellent English skills
