IT Application Support
The key responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:
- Resolving incidents, requests and problems.
- Analyzing the problem and co-ordinating with other teams to fix the issue
- Owning the issue and driving till closure
- Supporting the production environment, accessing upstream and downstream applications
- Striving for continuous process improvement in close cooperation with the Feature teams in Paris and Bangalore
- Creating and maintaining required documentation/manuals to work towards standardizing processes
- Keeping process and documentation up to date.
We expect from the candidates:
- At least 3 years of experience in a position related to IT Application Support
- Proficiency in English, French will be a plus
- High analytical skills
- High interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of Support methodologies
- Proficient knowledge of ITIL Availability Management, Service Continuity Management,Problem management and Change management
- A flexible attitude and adaptable approach
- Able to work autonomously and use initiative where appropriate
- Organised and able to prioritise work appropriately
