That's who we areFlyps is a high-tech software house that has been on the market for eight years. We specialize in projects requiring high levels of expertise: R&D, AI, computer vision, or high scalability. As a software house, we develop software for self-driving robots, biotech and medtech companies, IoT, and data-driven companies, among others. We create our own internal products (e.g., our social live selling platform) and work with both foreign and Polish clients - including American Fortune 500 companies and unicorns. We created the first cashless and self-service stores in Poland and our team was a pioneer in the field of building automation.The roleWe are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to lead and grow our business initiatives in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, and Robotics. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building meaningful partnerships, uncovering new opportunities, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment.What you’ll doIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets (AI, Computer Vision, Robotics)Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and strategic partnersOwn the full sales lifecycle – from outreach to proposal to closing and handoverAttend industry conferences, meetups, and other networking events to grow our brand presenceWork closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align growth effortsSeek upselling opportunities within existing accountsProvide insights on market trends and client needs to support strategic decisionsRequirements6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partner management in a B2B tech contextProficient in Polish (B2+) and English (B2+)Excellent communication and presentation skillsStrong sense of ownership and a proactive, self-driven attitudeExperience with CRM toolsInterest or background in AI, software, or roboticsComfortable working in a startup-like environment and across international marketsWhat we offer20/26 paid vacation days 100% remote work and flexible working hours Budget for training and development during work hours Private medical care, life insurance, and Multisport ♂️➡️Employee referral bonusesEquipment of your choice (MacBook by default)Interesting, challenging projects- we only take on the ones we believe in :-)
