You'll thrive in a dynamic environment and play a key role in driving product success.Key responsibilitiesWhitebox understanding of the product and technical analysis - PdM goes under the hood of the system: analyses logs, APIs, architecture, service dependencies, queues and data flows to understand the impact of functional changes on the backend and operating system of the productDaily technical cooperation with engineering - you are a partner for developers: refines scenarios, participates in refinements, discusses architecture, assists in decisions regarding solutions and trade-off qualificationsUnderstanding and co-creating dimensioning and performance - you actively participate in sizing for customers (how many instances? what throughput?), understands HW/SW limitations, and predicts the impact of new features on system load and operating costsBeing the go-to person in the organisation in the product area - answering questions from sales, support, presales, marketing and CPE partners — because you know both the product architecture and its applications at operators bestWhat makes you an ideal candidateStrong technical background, preferably with a Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, ICT, or ITYou focus on meaningful results rather than just delivering featuresYou excel at finding simple solutions to complex needs, ensuring top-notch experiencesYour skills and experienceKnowledge of networks allowing for a practical understanding of device management protocols, e.g. CWMP (TR-069 USP, TR-369 USP), SNMPWhitebox understanding of distributed systems and backend architecturePractical knowledge of network protocols and IP stackAbility to assess the impact of functions on performance and capacity planningExperience working hand-in-hand with developers on technical solutionsProven track record of leading software products from concept to market with a knack for exploring new opportunitiesExceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across all levelsExcellent English skills to navigate complex tech discussionsBonus points forExperience with B2B productsExperience in the Telco industry (knowledge of eTOM)Understanding of networking, network protocols, and software architecturesHands-on experience with product marketingConducting in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needsWhy work with usOur goal is to inspire people more than manage them.
