Purpose/ Mission:

1. Maintaining an effective and organized stockroom area.

2. Executing store operations with particular focus on product flow to and from the sales floor.

3. Provide feedback and support team members.

Accountabilities:

Primary

  1. Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them.
  2. Inventory management – Prepare & manage accurate stocktake to avoid product shrinkage.
  3. Be knowledgeable of product performance (Best Sellers/ Black Hole) and arrange BOH plan accordingly.
  4. Ensure implementation of Model Store standards for BOH, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and general health and safety.
  5. Be a role model for stockroom operations and complete deliveries quickly and accurately while adhering to stock protection procedures.
  6. Commitment to team roster and positive attendance record.
  7. Ensure adequate supplies to create an effective stockroom environment and continually maintain this (including all merchandise) within and around the vicinity.
  8. Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, with the right priorities
  9. Cooperating with sales team to ensure the shopfloor is properly replenished
  10. Identify improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management to drive operational efficiency.
  11. Collaborate productively and respectfully with team members.
  12. Make yourself available to support other team members when needed.
  13. Complete all applicable training programs and effectively apply the learning on the job.
  14. Seek coaching and learning opportunities to continually improve your performance.

Secondary

  1. To keep the store environment clean, neat and tidy.
  2. Adhere to company retail standards, operation procedure and policy.
  3. Assist to coach and guide Retail Associates, Back of House Specialist and new team members.
  4. Assist to handle more complex retail operation tasks assigned by Superior.

Professional background/ Experience:

Functional: 1-2 years experience in Retail / Sales / Warehousing Industry: Preferably in apparel/ fashion/ FW or FMCG Retail

Exposure: Sports, Fashion

Education:

Secondary / Certificate in Retail Management

Language skills:

English: Good

Polish: Good
