Wymagania:
  • Min. kilkuletnie doświadczenie w obszarze zarządzania projektami (preferowane doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami rozwoju leków Rx/OTC).
  • Doświadczenie w zakresie koordynacji prac zespołu, podczas definiowania kluczowych atrybutów produktów leczniczych z kategorii CHC (Target Product Profile (TPP): Actives formula, format, packaging, shelf life, etc)
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie pozwalającym na swobodną komunikację.
  • Umiejętność efektywnej komunikacji i współpracy z ludźmi na różnych szczeblach organizacji jak i we współpracy z kontrahentami zewnętrznymi.
  • Doskonałe umiejętności organizacyjne i nastawienie na realizację założonych celów.
  • Znajomość pakietu MS Office oraz MS Project.
Twój zakres obowiązków:
  • Przygotowywanie planów bazowych projektów rozwojowych nowych leków Rx / OTC.
  • Udział w procesie planowania budżetów oraz zarządzanie kosztami projektów.
  • Koordynowanie, monitorowanie oraz prowadzenie regularnej komunikacji działań ze wszystkimi członkami zespołu projektowego.
  • Cykliczna weryfikacja przebiegu realizowanych projektów, tj. monitorowanie postępu, jakości i ryzyka w odniesieniu do całego portfela przydzielonych projektów.
  • Regularne raportowanie, aktualizacja statusu wyższemu kierownictwu zgodnie z przyjętą metodologią w organizacji.
  • Opracowywanie rozwiązań problemów mających wpływ na przebieg projektu.
  • Prowadzenie dokumentacji projektowej oraz jej archiwizacja.
