Job Purpose

Brand Manager drives defined category/product groups growth.

Deliver P&L of managed category (whites & trims) including Dulux brand.

Key Responsibilities

Business

  • Delivers business objectives for defined category/product groups (P&L responsibility). Monitors sales and profit results. Identifies risk and opportunities.
  • Monitors business results, initiates & recommends business initiatives to deliver objectives.
  • Closely cooperates with Sales & Trade Marketing in aligning business objectives & challenges and preparing trade tools, initiatives, etc..
  • Supports Trade Marketing & Sales in cooperation with Customers (preparing selling stories, presentations, etc.).
  • Recommends pricing strategy (recommended shelf price & price list).

Marketing

  • Recommends & executes strategies and marketing plans to meet brand and companies' business objectives.
  • Builds deep understanding of defined target group.
  • Creates innovation strategy and 3 year pipeline of ideas including products and services (refill, renovate, leverage).
  • Manages & optimizes defined product portfolio.
  • Project management incl. NPIs. Leading cross-functional teams (R&D, Supply Chain & Sales departments) from ideation through development and launch.
  • Develops marketing communication in defined areas (e.g. ATL, BTL, Digital, POS, etc.).
  • Defines key channel growth opportunities and develops plans that maximize brand opportunities accordingly.
  • Cooperates with external marketing partners (e.g. ad & media agencies, printers, etc.).
  • Manages A&P budget.
Requirements
  • Higher education, preferably Master of Business (Marketing).
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing departments in international companies (preferably FMCG) with P&L responsibility.
  • Experience in product management (especially NPD projects).
  • Marketing communication (ATL, BTL, Digital, POS) development & execution.
  • Experience in leading market research projects.
  • Project Management skills.
  • High analytical skills.
  • MS Office working knowledge.
  • Category B driving license.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
