About this opportunity


Welcome to the Identity & Access Management team. We add value by delivering Access services and oversight across the bank. As IAM coordinator, you will play a valuable role in supporting the management team and organization by creating clear communication packages, help structure ways of working, and supporting the team with creating A-class presentations and reports and deep dive into ad-hoc workforces as the lead coordinators.

This is a great opportunity for you who wish to develop both your managerial skills as well as have a broad IAM engagement. This might be your next step before pursuing a formal leader role within Identity & Access Management.

What you will be doing:

Develop and prepare communication material and formal reports for stakeholders, employees and senior management (townhall presentations, strategy documents, etc.) Support on cross unit IAM tasks which require cross silo coordination Be responsible for capturing decisions in various fora and follow-up on actions Support the Head of Identity and Access Management on daily tasks Support the organization with ad-hoc and administrative requests, such as data analysis, planning of workshops, etc.

You will join a dedicated, professional and innovative team whose key objective is to contribute to a safe and trusted bank.

Location: The role is based in Finland, Poland or Sweden.

Have experience from a similar role Have previous experience working within Identity & Access Management Possess great interpersonal skills and are able to work in a complex and dynamic organisation Are a PowerPoint and Excel wizard Have a proven record of coordinating across silos and on complex IT tasks Personally lead by example Nordea's vision and values
