Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Contacting customers regarding unpaid invoices and payments
- Creating reports in MS Excel to meet customers' needs, combining data from various systems
- Reconciliation of customers' accounts
- Setting priorities to achieve best collection results
- Participating in process improvements and new initiatives
Who Are We Looking For

- Very good verbal and written skills in English
- Communicative level of German (min. B1+)
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and databases, especially MS Excel

- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
