If you join us as a Junior Application Specialist, you will become a valuable member of our skilled Technical Support Team. Your responsibilities will include application maintenance, change requests support following ITIL practices, and proactive application monitoring. The team focuses on carrying out essential activities related to application maintenance and monitoring, as well as multi-level incident and problem management for software and infrastructure services.

We are seeking individuals with various levels of experience - Junior/Mid, who are eager to tackle new challenges and technologies.

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Incident management for software and hardware infrastructure
  • Resolving application-related incidents at 2nd and 3rd levels
  • Planning and executing scheduled maintenance upgrades
  • Release management, including application patching, services updates, database maintenance, and installations

We require:

  • Proficiency in German (min. B1+) and English (writing and speaking)
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with C# .Net Framework, Java, and others
  • Experience with MS SQL and/or Oracle databases
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows servers, including IIS, AD, and services configuration/installation
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) as a plus
  • Understanding of integrated applications and development lifecycles
  • Desired advantage: ITIL Certificate
