As a Product Marketeer, you'll be responsible for managing a professional portfolio of professional lighting products and solutions. You will work together with Channel and End User Marketing, e-Commerce, Demand Planning and Sales team in Eastern European Markets.

What you'll do


• You'll own the sales and margin development for the owned product categories


• You'll lead product marketing strategy and manage offering portfolio


• You'll manage the market product introductions and support market activation of new products


• You'll provide market insights (local competition, market trends, customer needs, technology trends) and create directions for portfolio development


• You'll localize product marketing content based upon global marketing content and provide product related training for internal & external partners (sales force, clients)


• You'll drive price setting and define price planning


• You'll develop QxP & support financial plan for professional trade portfolio including inventory management

Your qualifications


• Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing or Engineering - combination of technical (electronics/lighting/automation) and/or marketing background is preferred

• Fluent Polish and English (both oral and writing) is required

• 5+ years of professional experience in B2B on similar position, preferably with electrotechnical background

• Strong commercial communication and presenting skills

• Proactivity and ability to demonstrate initiative

• Demonstrated understanding of business operations, marketing principles and management skills

• Team player; self-motivated and goal oriented.
