Wer du sein wirst:

Du benötigst keine Vorkenntnisse im Finanzbereich, um Dich zu bewerben, obwohl dies wünschenswert ist. Sie werden Dir eine praktische Ausbildung und Unterstützung bieten, um sicherzustellen, dass Du schnell das erforderliche Wissen und Verständnis erlangst.

Was Du benötigst, ist ein echtes Interesse an der Arbeit an den Finanzmärkten und Motivation, die ebenso beeindruckend sind wie Deine Fähigkeiten mit Zahlen und Liebe zum Detail - plus:

  • Ein Hochschulabschluss
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich)
  • Hohes Maß an Kompetenz in Englisch (schriftlich und mündlich)
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Die Fähigkeit, gut unter Druck zu arbeiten
  • Ein logischer und analytischer Ansatz zur Problemlösung
  • Sicher im Umgang mit grundlegenden mathematischen Fähigkeiten, insbesondere Kopfrechnen.
  • Starke organisatorische und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten
  • 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung in einer Kundenbetreuungsrolle
  • Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Wünschenswert: Erfahrung in einem Finanzumfeld
  • Ein Vertriebshintergrund oder gute Kenntnisse einer zusätzlichen europäischen Sprache sind von Vorteil.

Was Du tun wirst:

  • Erste Unterstützung für unsere Kunden über Telefon, E-Mail, Web-Chat, WhatsApp und soziale Medien bereitstellen;
  • Anfragen unserer Kunden zu all unseren Produkten und Plattformen beantworten;
  • Handelsanfragen und Streitigkeiten lösen
  • Handel für unsere Kunden am Telefon ausführen (nach entsprechender Schulung) - dies ist reiner Ausführungshandel (wir geben keine Handelsempfehlungen);
  • Kunden bei der technischen Unterstützung mit unseren Front-End-Plattformen und Chart-Paketen unterstützen;
  • Auditüberprüfungen und Kundenverwaltungsaufgaben durchführen;
  • Teilnahme an und Durchführung verschiedener lokaler und internationaler Projekte oder Initiativen.
