We are currently seeking an Assistant Credit Officer / Credit Officer to join our Structured Loan and Collateral Services PL Team. The role involves providing excellent service, taking full ownership of your development, and being proactive in understanding your role in the value chain. This is a fantastic opportunity to focus on creating value, collaborate effectively with colleagues and internal partners.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders in Poland and Nordic countries, contributing to credit processes and customer service
  • Improve data processing and information flow
  • Participate in department projects to enhance quality and delivery

You'll be part of a team where you'll have an engaging and accountable position in a fantastic environment. The position is based in Łódź.

Your Experience and Background:

  • Advanced proficiency in English language, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking
  • Take ownership and initiative, suggesting improvements to support organizational objectives
  • Banking experience would be advantageous
  • Finance-related university degree or equivalent professional experience is a plus
