JOIN USWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • A university graduate up to 6 months after graduation or a student of a 3rd, 4th or 5th year (available for min. 20 h per week)
  • Proficient English speaker (good command of one or more of the following languages will be a critical asset: Greek, Romanian, Arabic, German, Ukrainian, French, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Serbian)
  • Candidate with experience in using Microsoft Office tools and with strong communication skills
  • Previous experience in a multinational environment would be an advantageWHAT WE OFFER YOU?

  • support Philip Morris International employees with HR related queries
  • actively follow-up on end-to-end resolution of employee cases
  • maintain requests and employees' personal data in SAP database
  • prepare and translate HR related documentation and organizational announcements
  • perform daily audits of data inputs
