RTR Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced RTR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Record to Report process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Opis stanowiska

• Manage the end-to-end Record to Report process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead and mentor a team of RTR professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and alignment.

Profil kandydata

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. ACCA/CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven experience in RTR, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
