About this opportunity
Welcome to the Data & Reporting Service Domain QA Team. Domain is providing data regarding financial transactions and its archiving. We support different End2End payment flows in Nordea ́s target payment architecture. Our solutions are based on data pipelines – Batch (classic ETL/ELT) as well as streaming / event based (Kafka). We provide common solutions for all Nordic countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland).
Being part of this project means that you will work in a diverse, highly international environment with ambitious people, working agile, determined to reach our common goal – to meet the unique needs of our customers. We are looking for an Expert QA Lead Test Manager able to lead the QA efforts in Agile Release Train – within Scrum Teams deliveries in large scope project. The team members are located in Nordic countries, Poland and India.
What you'll be doing:
Organization of tests within the team delivering archiving solution in accordance with Nordea standards Ensuring that all required types and levels of testing are planned, implemented, executed and reported in accordance with Nordea Quality Standard Leading all QA efforts especially across integration and E2E tests in large scale project Cooperation with other teams sourcing and receiving payments data Be responsible for driving continuous improvement and introduction of best practices, ensuring the availability of test environment and test data, understanding and addressing testing skill gaps as well as coaching and helping team members to ensure agility and excellent deliveries Clear communication on at least ART level and below Input on test approach, strategy and tools Cooperating with the external Vendor delivering solution (including planning, organizing driving meetings) Be focused on automation area as well as Non Functional RequirementsThe role is based in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Tricity or Warsaw.
