Who we are searching for

The Senior General Ledger (GL) Accountant is a prominent position within the CRD accounting organization, reporting to the Assistant controller. This individual ensures the accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting of specific financial data for all company month end close needs. The Senior GL Accountant will specialize in CRD accounting systems and processes, collaborating with experts, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements.

What you will oversee

  • Manage Concur admin (T&E system) and user setup/reporting/integrations
  • Handle month end accrual preparation and review
  • Prepare monthly capitalization accounting entries
  • Supervise 3rd party royalties by preparing quarterly reports for vendors and providing accruals to JV teams
  • Review and ensure accuracy of Fixed Assets capitalization process
  • Support statutory annual audits
  • Manage various Treasury functions, such as monitoring bank activities and processing customer refunds
  • Assist with sales and use tax preparation and compliance
  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations
  • Collaborate with FP&A to ensure accurate actual vs budget results
  • Engage in ad hoc projects and other assigned duties

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience as Staff Accountant
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality work in a timely manner
  • Experience with MS Dynamics (Great Plains) and SaaS industry
  • Familiarity with MS Office Products
