About this opportunity

Welcome to the Business and Data Analysis team. We add value by supporting Operations with analytical capabilities, providing insights and solutions to complex problems in order to optimize processes and secure excellent service to our customers. As a (Senior) Data Analyst you'll play a valuable role in our journey to become a more data driven organization and to find new ways of utilizing our data assets.

What you'll be doing:

Provide data insights to support executive leadership decision making Analyze process data in order to improve operational efficiency, reduce risk and deliver great customer experience Develop KPIs to measure process performance and provide insights for continuous improvements Contribute maturing Nordea's data capability to speak with data and drive data-based decision making Collaborate with colleagues across Automation, Data & Change capabilities to deliver value to Operations Service Lines



You'll join a multinational team with colleagues across the Nordics and Poland that combine a deep expertise in data and business analysis. The role is based in Gdansk or Lodz.

Your experience and background:

Bachelors or master's degree within Business, Technology or equivalent Relevant working experience in the field of Data Science, Statistics, or Business Analysis Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (Power BI, SQL, Python or R) Good understanding of Data Management, Data Governance, Data Lineage and Data Quality Working experience in Financial Services or a Consultancy is a plus Excellent written and spoken English
