About this opportunity

Join the Debt Collection PL 2 team, where we focus on operational tasks related to various banking products and services provided to our customers. Our goal is to ensure customers perceive us as approachable, knowledgeable, ethical, and daringly innovative to surpass their expectations. As a Junior Process Officer, your role will be crucial in delivering banking services to Nordea's customers in Norway/Denmark with the highest standards of efficiency, quality, and timeliness.

What you'll be doing:

  • Updating, supervising, and approving data in banking systems and applications following procedures and regulations
  • Utilizing internal applications and procedures to meet evolving customer needs and implementing methodologies to enhance work processes for greater effectiveness and productivity
  • Collaborating with colleagues across Scandinavian countries
  • Expanding your skill set by learning various tasks related to daily banking services
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of process routines with innovative ideas


You will be part of the Debt Collection PL2 team based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:

  • Completed at least Secondary School (Leaving Cert)
  • Proficient in English at a communicative level (B2)
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Experience working in an international team spanning multiple countries
  • Analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, positive attitude, and a proactive approach
  • Take ownership of your work and team performance
  • Adapt well to changes and have a track record of driving improvements as part of a team
  • Experience in the banking or financial sector is advantageous
