We are on the lookout for a skilled Artwork Specialist (hybrid) to join our team in Warsaw. As an Artwork Specialist, your main responsibility will be to manage various printing projects within the Imperial Brands portfolio, ensuring they meet top-notch quality standards and are delivered punctually. Your work will be featured across a wide array of products, significantly impacting our global brand presence.

Principal Accountabilities

• Organize and oversee the development of print documents (Technical Artworks & Good to Prints) and uphold documentation in our PLM system.
• Synchronize project timelines with the Project Coordinator to ensure prompt completion.
• Establish print standards and specifications for our suppliers, encompassing print method, colors, ink makers, and tool suppliers.
• Calculate one-off expenses (Repro, tooling, etc.), generate Purchase Orders, and authenticate invoices from repro and print suppliers.
• Supervise the end-to-end process from instruction to the issuance of print documents.
• Engage in standardization and automation initiatives to enhance existing print processes.

Skills and Experience Required

• Degree in Print and Pack related engineering or hands-on experience in production, artwork, design agency, or FMCG environment.
• Project management expertise with strong analytical and process-oriented thinking abilities.
• Proficient in English, both orally and in writing.
• Outstanding teamwork and stakeholder communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of Offset, Gravure, and Flexo printing techniques and Pre-Press technologies.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Microsoft Office.
