Our client is a leading supplier from the building materials sector. The company operates on both B2C and B2B markets. The Group employs more than 1000 people in its local subsidiaries and in its foreign branches and is one of the largest manufacturers in its category in Europe.

Export Manager
Warsaw

Key responsibilities:

· Developing and execution of strategy and sales plans for selected export markets, mainly Slovakia and Romania,

· Creating and implementing relevant marketing strategies in the markets of responsibility,

· Conducting commercial negotiations with business partners,

· New clients acquisition and development of long-term business partnerships,

· Execution of sales targets and budgets,

· Actively participating in initiatives related to new product development and adaptations projects for export markets,

· Development and management of field sales structure, sales representatives work standards optimization,

· Providing market insights and trends analyses, monitoring competition,

· Cross-department cooperation within the organization.

Key requirements:

· University degree (preferably in international trade, management, economics or marketing),

· At least 5 years of professional experience in sales in an international environment,

· Knowledge of different business models and experience in adapting strategies for different channels (DIY chains, independent market, B2B distribution),

· Very good level of English, knowledge of another foreign language (Hungarian, Romanian, Slovakian) would be a great asset,

· Proactive personality with out of the box approach in problem solving,

· Ability to draw constructive conclusions from data, talk openly about own ideas and feel comfortable working in a culture of feedback,

· Perceive a change as an opportunity to grow and excel,

· Readiness for international business trips and a valid category B driving license.
