About this opportunity

Welcome to the OTC Derivatives team. We add value by providing service of trade booking & settlement for derivatives products, together with our colleagues from front office. As (Senior) Service Operations Officer you'll play a valuable role in trade validation, and booking process which is vital for Nordea as a market participant.

What you'll be doing:

Trade reports monitoring Trade details validation Booking of trades reqested by Front Office Cooperation with trading desks representatives Validation of data which are being transfered between systems Internal investigation of dependencies on trade details


You'll join a committed & skilled team which is providing best in class service for our stakeholders from Markets. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:

Finance/maths/statistics/economics/data base related university degree 1-up years professional experience in financial institutions – experience in a bank back office will be an asset but not essential English language on professional level Knowledge & understanding of capital markets structure, stakeholders, dependencies & products
