Digital & Technology Team (D&T) plays a crucial role within HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center, focusing on enhancing connectivity across the brewery. The team is dedicated to digitalizing processes, integrating technology, and fostering a data-driven culture. Joining this dynamic and innovative team means directly influencing the future of Heineken.

This position is part of the Digital & Technology department at HEINEKEN International, specifically within the D&T Finance organization. D&T prides itself on delivering cutting-edge innovation, robust technology, and advanced analytics to support HEINEKEN's ambitions effectively and efficiently.

The HeiFlow ServiceNow Lead is a key member of the HeiFlow Product Team, responsible for designing and architecting the ServiceNow area to provide clear guidelines for delivering product increments. The D&T Finance Teams have the autonomy to manage their work, resulting in optimized efficiency and effectiveness.

The HeiFlow ServiceNow Lead collaborates with the HeiFlow Product Architect and HeiFlow Product Owner to translate design requirements into functional solutions, driving business value for customers through technical development.

Your role will involve:

  • Formulating the architecture and design of the ServiceNow area based on requirements
  • Collaborating with Solution Architects and Domain Architects
  • Partnering with Product Architect & Product Owner for efficient value chain improvements
  • Managing the solution upgrade process
  • Conducting continuous improvement analysis on existing architectures
  • Managing IT Cost of Ownership and budget execution
  • Verifying solution implementation
  • Ensuring overall solution consistency
  • Managing solution quality and technical debt
  • Identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks
  • Continuously developing expertise and knowledge transfer
  • Supporting Product Team members in overcoming obstacles

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in relevant studies
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in ServiceNow environment
  • Experience in managing technical upgrades
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Understanding of corporate strategy
  • Team player with influencing abilities
  • Experience in crafting IT solutions
  • Proficiency in technology troubleshooting
  • Comfort with code testing, deployment, and automation
  • Excellent written and verbal English
