We are seeking individuals who:

  • Have a strong desire to expand their knowledge and skills.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing, determining, developing, and delivering Client Tax Services learning materials to support COO staff.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to assess learning needs and formulate a detailed learning agenda.
  • Creating COO Academy courses according to schedule and the annual Learning Plan.
  • Developing engaging training content utilizing various formats like instructor-led sessions, virtual trainings, webinars, videos, and eLearning modules with a focus on online and virtual Operations content.
  • Ensuring high-quality learning content and impactful learning experiences for diverse audiences within the COO domain.
  • Working closely with Client Tax Services experts, Academy developers, and trainers on a daily basis.
  • Facilitating knowledge transfer sessions with trainers to present developed content effectively.
  • Staying updated on learning trends, best practices, and innovations relevant to Operations at ING.
  • Implementing changes and incorporating feedback into training materials promptly.
  • Evaluating learning initiatives and assessing their effectiveness with the support of our Learning Experts.
