Technologies-expected :SAPresponsibilities :Oversee and maintain optimal function of the global HRISProvides technical support, troubleshooting and guidance to HRIS usersCollaborates with leadership and HR personnel to identify system improvements and enhancements, recommends and implements solutionsManages permissions, access, personalization and similar system operations and settings for HRIS usersPrograms custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros and reportsCompiles and assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries and logs for senior leadership and HR personnelServes as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projectsSupports the HRIS function globallyEnsures system compliance with data security and privacy requirementsMaintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors and technologyWorks with support partner to log tickets and troubleshoot issuesOversee the management and completion of small to midsize projects related to system enhancementsConducts knowledge sharing sessions with regionsrequirements-expected :Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, or related field preferred3+ years previous experience working in human resources or HRIS administration preferredPrior Experience with SAP Success Factors is requiredTraining Administration with any Learning Management System experience is a plusExcellent oral and written communication skillsDetail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracyStrong analytical and problem solving skillsHighly organized and flexibleAbility to multitask and meet challenging deadlinesMust be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervisionHighly ethical and can manage confidential and sensitive informationFluent in Englishoffered :Life InsuranceMultisport cardPrivate Medical care
