Payroll Administrator
Location: Warsaw
Working model: Hybrid


Responsibilities:
  • Handling of the accident and illness process, excluding IV cases.
  • Calculating vacation shortening, without wage processing.
  • Checking, processing and reconciling invoices (like withholding tax)
  • Processing of family allowances and clarification with authorities and employees.
  • Checking, completing and submitting applications to the compensation office.
  • Checking dispositions and forwarding to employees and payroll, as well as conducting clarifications with authorities and employees.
  • Supporting the team in preparing for audits, wage structure surveys and statistical reports.
  • Dispatching monthly payslips, processing registrations and invoice.

Requirements:
  • Experience in the administrative payroll area, as well as 1-2 years of experience in a similar area of responsibility in HR.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written and MS Office.
