Responsibilities:
- Handling of the accident and illness process, excluding IV cases.
- Calculating vacation shortening, without wage processing.
- Checking, processing and reconciling invoices (like withholding tax)
- Processing of family allowances and clarification with authorities and employees.
- Checking, completing and submitting applications to the compensation office.
- Checking dispositions and forwarding to employees and payroll, as well as conducting clarifications with authorities and employees.
- Supporting the team in preparing for audits, wage structure surveys and statistical reports.
- Dispatching monthly payslips, processing registrations and invoice.
Requirements:
- Experience in the administrative payroll area, as well as 1-2 years of experience in a similar area of responsibility in HR.
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written and MS Office.
- We are looking for a strong team player, customer and service-oriented person with high focus on quality.
