Admin & Payroll Specialist

We're looking for an Admin and Payroll Specialist to join our HR Services Team, located in Pila - Poland.

As an Admin and Payroll Specialist, you'll interact with general management, HR managers, and employees, by responding to HR-related requests. You'll be at the heart of a dynamic international team and communicating with many countries across Europe.

What you'll do

• You'll become an expert in managing an employee's life cycle from his onboarding to the off-boarding through his day to day needs,
• You'll learn how to communicate in a professional and efficient manner using dedicated channels with different stakeholders,
• You'll master organizing your working day to be the most efficient based on your workload,
• You'll be introduced to world-class software such as Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow,
• You'll be solicited to share your insight to support the continuous improvement activities using your best teamwork skills.

What you'll need

• You have a Bachelor's or equivalent degree,
• You're fluent in English, the Dutch language will be a plus,
• You are feeling comfortable with IT tools such as Excel on a high level or any other automated programs,
• You want to join an international company and develop new practical competencies or build on your current once,
• You have a sharp mind with an interest in solving problems and striving to quickly become an essential part of the Admin & Payroll team.
