Position: Supply Chain Initiatives Coordinator
Location: Warsaw
Working Model: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key liaison between Cluster Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Business Execution) and Market Activation & Sales teams, ensuring seamless coordination and rapid resolution of initiatives in local markets.
  • Lead the coordination of SKU initiatives, overseeing the entire lifecycle from idea to initial production, including innovations, artwork changes, promotions and special packs.
  • Set the direction for the launch of promotions, proactively identify and address any delivery risks for assigned projects and make recommendations for risk mitigation.
  • Work with European and local teams to refine and improve initiative processes.
  • Provide full visibility of all activation plans to the Supply Chain to manage efficient working practices and maximise potential.
  • Represent the local Supply Chain in cross-functional initiatives, challenging existing norms and ensuring clear definition and achievement of parameters and KPIs.
  • Act as a key user of SKU2Market (SAP) and the Sales Material Tool.
  • Take ownership of all material master data publishing to GS1 and other local tools for seamless data exchange with customers.
  • Contribute to and coordinate Material Master Data projects to maintain accuracy and efficiency in data management.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrates effective communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with diverse stakeholders and translating technical information effectively.
  • Excellent Microsoft skills, including intermediate Excel skills for data manipulation, strong PowerPoint skills and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Has experience of working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment, delivering complex projects throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Required language skills: English (C1)
