ABOUT THE ROLE

The primary goal of the Senior Planner position is to provide top-notch service to Wella markets by managing production capacities and material ordering for our manufacturing facilities. Joining the Global Supply Chain Planning Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely product delivery to Wella customers. Collaboration across functions is key as we strive to make informed decisions on service, cost, cash flow, and innovation while continuously improving work processes and operating in a diverse environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Manage line planning and production scheduling based on stock levels and market demand
  • Coordinate material orders to meet production requirements
  • Participate in cross-functional teams for new product launches
  • Lead capacity planning for production lines
  • Contribute to supply chain optimization for your portfolio
  • Oversee inventory and cost management
  • Define and standardize best practices within the team
WHAT WE EXPECT
  • University degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain
  • Demonstrated ownership, autonomy, and accountability
  • Growth mindset with a focus on solutions and continuous learning
  • Effective priority-setting and organizational skills
  • Resilience to changes in the supply chain
  • Fast thinking and adaptability to evolving situations
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making
  • Fluency in English, Spanish is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, experience with SAP ECC is beneficial
