Tasks:
- Develop labeling strategies for Aftermarket products based on legal and regulatory requirements and market demands;
- Oversee the labeling process to ensure that products meet customer, market, governmental and internal requirements;
- Develop procedures for quality and safety control of products and coordinate the joint strategy with packaging;
- Analyze, develop and define the requirements for IT, data management derived from the supplying and consuming processes.
- Track code and legal violations in alignment with relevant stakeholders like corporate IP.
- Review and update labeling policies and procedures on a regular basis;
- Develop supplier and customer relationships in Alignement with relevant stakeholders ;
- Work closely with the production and R&D team to improve manufacturing procedures and label;
- Analyze production and market data to improve labelling materials& quality;
- Track new technologies and advances in labeling;
- Drive Projects to create sustainable and cost-effective solutions in all regions;
- Represent Labeling in projects driven by other functions;
- Establish and maintain Global cooperation with regional P&L coordinators/ packaging community;
- Maintain, manage and update labeling specification database;
- Labelling processes creation and management.
Skills:
- Min 5 years working experience in production industry: logistics, packaging;
- Automotive industry experience as high added value
- Good communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work as part of a team;
- Good problem-solving skills – able to identity improvement opportunities;
- Technical knowledge of Labelling & Packaging Engineering;
- Degree (min Bachelor) in industrial engineering or equivalent;
- Key competencies: IT knowledge, data management, Project Management, Process management, Quality, Labelling qualification process awareness, Diversity understanding, international experience.
