RTR Team Lead

We are looking for a skilled SME/Team Lead/Coordinator with solid RTR process expertise to drive the growth of our RTR team in the near future.
About the Company: Production global company.
Job Description:
- Overseeing RTR team performance and task distribution.
- Enhancing process and system knowledge among team members through daily support.
- Providing recommendations for process automations.
- Handling operational activities for assigned BUs/countries and activity clusters within RTR area, such as MEC, fixed assets management, accounts review analysis, and reporting.
- Managing/supporting internal and external audits.
- Executing project activities to facilitate the ramp-up of the newly established hub organization, including transitioning Finance activities, Knowledge Transfer, and process documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with Accounting principles, group accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with stakeholders, partners, and peers.
- Collaborating with BUs/countries and the Headquarter by providing necessary analysis for decision-making processes.
- Promoting standardized and optimized solutions for RTR processes, including enhancements and automations across EMEA countries.
Candidate Profile:
- Prior leadership experience is a strong advantage, but we are also considering highly experienced/SME candidates with leadership potential.
- Extensive practical RTR knowledge in a global SSC (minimum 8 years).
- Proficiency in English and Polish (B2/C1).
- Familiarity with SAP (preferably SAP S/4 HANA) or other ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Power Query, and VBA is a significant asset.
- Experience in process transitions is beneficial.
- Availability to be present in the Wrocław office 3 days a week.
