For our Client, an international company opening a new SSC, we are looking for: Group Consolidation Manager
Location: Warsaw
Work model: hybrid

Responsibilities:
  • Managing the end-to-end consolidation process, including data collection, validation, elimination of intercompany transactions, and preparation of consolidated financial statements
  • Financial reporting and consolidation: manage the consolidation in compliance with regulatory requirements (IFRS) and standard financial reporting to Group and Management
  • Build the department as one team by developing efficient communication within the department and with other Finance teams such as the Finance Operation teams.
  • Ensure an efficient department supported with thorough process documentation regularly reviewed and updated, providing an environment of continuous learning and development
  • Be a driving force in accelerating Finance transformation and ensure focus on automating transactional processes optimizing the use of the ERP and other tools where appropriate
  • Collaborate with other departments ensuring continuous improvements on process from an end-to-end perspective
  • Interact and support the FP&A team and Group stakeholders with timely and accurate financial information and analysis
  • Drive the production of guidelines and policy for accounting operations together with the Internal control and compliance manager
  • Provide leadership and direction to team through coaching, mentoring and act as a role model by living organization culture.
  • Professional development of people and team, ensuring critical competence is in place and that resources are efficiently employed.
  • Accountable for overall performance management and other employee life-cycle activities and processes including health and safety.
Requirements:
  • Master degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or relevant professional certification preferred.
  • Proven experience min 5-8 years in a senior strategic finance role, with focus on Accounting, preferably in a Shared services environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Experience in process optimization and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Required language skills: English (C1) and Polish (C1)
