The Opportunity

Join us as a Specialist in the Merchant Expertise Team, where you play a crucial role in establishing and enforcing integrity risk measures, particularly in areas like scheme, AML, and KYC. Your responsibilities include creating procedures, handling onboarding escalations, and ensuring compliance with the highest integrity risk standards. Key responsibilities include:

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain procedures and risk rules for integrity risk compliance;
  • Stay updated on Integrity rules and educate stakeholders;
  • Conduct training sessions on integrity risk procedures;
  • Manage onboarding and monitoring escalations;
  • Ensure quality assurance and risk mitigation of the Merchant portfolio;
  • Support engagement with partners and sales teams;
  • Communicate effectively with senior management;
  • Contribute to team collaboration.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field;
  • Prior experience in risk management or compliance;
  • Deep knowledge of AML regulations and payment schemes;
