AP Specialist

Our Client is looking for junior candidates, who want to gain more experience within AP area or experienced one.

Our Client is brand new SSC in Kraków.

Description

• Handle incoming invoices from suppliers by following company procedures and local accounting rules.
• Track approval status for non-PO invoices.
• Prepare and manage supplier payments.
• Address vendor concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Support month-end activities like preparing accruals and reconciling sub-ledger accounts.
• Contribute actively to projects improving processes.
• Create process documentation based on experience and knowledge transfer.
• Aid in internal and external audits.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls.
• Identify and address issues or risks collaboratively with the team's assistance when required.

Profile

• Preferably holds a university degree in accounting/finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience in accounting and invoice processing.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), additional European language skills (German, Spanish, French, Dutch) are a bonus.
• Experience in Finance/Accounting Transition projects is favorable.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
