You will be part of the Service Transition Team in IT Operations, responsible for Configuration Management among other ITIL Practices. We are looking for someone with great team player skills and a positive can-do attitude to help us achieve our IT strategy focused on building a stable foundation for the future.

How you will contribute:

As a Configuration Manager, you will lead the Configuration Management agenda in Arla IT and oversee the information related to configuration items essential for delivering IT services. Additionally, you will assist the team in maintaining operational stability of IT services, including participating in Change Management activities.

  • Identifying drivers and requirements for Configuration Management Database
  • Driving the transition to maximize value from the Configuration Management Database
  • Continuously improving the efficiency of the Configuration Management framework
  • Managing the Configuration Management process, procedures, and new data requirements
  • Supporting Data Governance initiatives in Arla IT

Key factors for success:

We are seeking a team player with strong collaborative skills, self-motivation, and excellent communication abilities. You should be adept at motivating stakeholders, building positive relationships across various organizational levels, and maintaining a service-oriented attitude. Attention to detail, flexibility to adapt to changes, and previous experience in Configuration Management roles are essential. Familiarity with the Common Service Data model, IT infrastructure, applications, networks, and knowledge of ITIL practices is desired. Proficiency in areas such as data modeling, abstract thinking, ServiceNow ITSM tool, and experience in agile/hybrid environments with a focus on continuous improvement and teamwork are advantageous.
