Regardless of role or location, we collaborate based on our core values of "We Care, We Dream, We Dare, We Deliver", striving for continuous development and knowledge sharing.We are in search of an Interim Inventory & Demand Planning Manager responsible for ensuring high forecast accuracy and efficient product availability allocation within the jewelry sector. This role involves leading the allocation team to maintain a balanced inventory across stores and E-commerce platforms, maximizing on-shelf availability within global guidelines.Your Role:

• Enhance demand plans in line with business evolution;
• Carry out monthly rolling jewelry forecasting;
• Achieve targeted forecast accuracy;
• Conduct weekly performance reviews and cross-functional collaboration;
• Manage jewelry allocation for stores and E-commerce;
• Ensure on-shelf availability and Aptos allocation parameters maintenance;
• Align Aptos allocation forecast with demand plans;
• Lead a team of 6 planners.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience in Inventory & Allocation Planning, Merchandize Planning, Demand Planning, or Supply Planning;
• Previous exposure to global organizations, ideally in retail, fashion, or FMCG sectors;
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or International Business;
• Proficient in English and Polish;
• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Logility, Aptos, with knowledge of Power BI as a plus;
• Strong analytical, presentation, and leadership skills;
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities;
• Good communication, networking, and facilitation skills;
• Proactive, results-oriented, and value-focused mindset.
