  • Job Overview:
    • Play a crucial role in supporting trade operations and compliance within the Industrial Business Unit (BU).
    • Act as a trusted advisor to enhance global trade compliance, reduce risks, and improve operational aspects of international trade.
    • Report to the Industrial Segment Director and collaborate with the Global Trade Services (GTS) team.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Manage trade operations and ensure compliance with import/export laws.
    • Establish trade compliance activities in line with policies and procedures.
    • Partner with stakeholders to develop trade-related strategies for compliance.
    • Monitor regulatory changes and conduct trade compliance audits.
    • Develop and administer trade compliance training.
  • Talent Development & Leadership:
    • Create an engaging culture aligned with TE's core values.
    • Provide feedback for team growth and lead with empathy.
  • Background Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
    • Minimum 10 years' experience in global trade compliance.
    • Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs practices.
    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and foster relationships.
    • Strong organizational and priority management skills.
    • Travel may be required.
