Workforce Analytics team is a part of European Consulting Hub which provides best in class organization and people consulting services to clients around the world. We will count on you to:
- Conduct research according to our living wage standards and methodologies
- Collaborate with clients to develop strategies for implementing living wage policies
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
- Work on project teams collaboratively with project management ownership
What you need to have:
- Master's degree and over 5 years of experience
- Experience in conducting online research a
- Particularly Excel, with the ability to manipulate and present data accurately and efficiently
- Clear written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to manage multiple & changing priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver consistently high-quality work
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with clients
What makes you stand out:
- General programming skills (for example: Python or VBA or R or others)
- Knowledge of Non-European languages (Chinese, Arabic, Korean, Japanese etc.)
- Degree in African/Asian Studies
- Consulting experience
