Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant


Your responsibilities

  • Taking part in Salesforce Data Cloud implementation projects (from the analysis stage, through implementation, training and commissioning of the system),
  • Analysis of customer needs and business requirements, mapping them to Salesforce capabilities,
  • Designing system functionalities according to business requirements,
  • Configuring solutions and process automation using Salesforce tools,
  • Conducting training for the client’s team,
  • Participation in the pre-sales process by creating Proof of Concept solutions and presenting them to the prospective clients,
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, both in Poland and abroad.

Our requirements

  • Minimum year of experience with the Salesforce platform in the role of business consultant.
  • Proven Salesforce Data Cloud commercial experience - working as consultant/developer on delivery projects,
  • Solid data modeling skills,
  • Good understanding of Data Cloud credit consumption model,
  • Ability to handle the creation of data transformations,
  • Ability to generate calculated and streaming insights,
  • Ability to create SQL queries, segments, activation targets, identity resolution rules, work with Data Cloud functionality,
  • Solid understanding of DC integration capabilities and ability to work with DC API on projects,
  • Ability to document project work and solution design.
  • Communicative German or French.
  • Good knowledge of Tableau.
