Recruitment and Employer Branding Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Build and promote our employer brand through various channels, including social media, events, and partnerships.
• Create compelling employer branding content.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize strategies and enhance overall effectiveness.

Our requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment and employer branding.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in employer branding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with innovative recruitment tools. Experience in applicant tracking systems (ATS) would be a plus.
• Fluent English. You will work in global team.
• Open to work 3 days in the office in Jankowo Gdańskie.
