We are seeking an experienced iOS Tech Lead to join our dynamic team working on an innovative mobile application for one of our clients. The project involves delivering a high-performance, user-friendly iOS application, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and development methodologies. You will play a critical role in shaping the technical vision of the application while mentoring a talented team of developers.
iOS Tech Lead
Your responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C.
- Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and fostering professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project managers, to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Ensure high-quality code by implementing automated testing and debugging tools.
- Integrate with REST APIs to support dynamic data handling and synchronization.
- Advocate and enforce iOS UI/UX design principles and guidelines throughout the development lifecycle.
- Continuously monitor performance metrics and optimize application efficiency.
Our requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in iOS development using Swift and Objective-C.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Tech Lead role, with proven ability to manage and mentor team members.
- In-depth knowledge of iOS SDK and its frameworks.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and guidelines.
- Proficiency with REST API integration.
- Experience with automated testing and debugging tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
