Key Account Specialist


Twój zakres obowiązków

  • zarządzanie portfelem kluczowych klientów w kanale sieciowym oraz odpowiedzialność za długo i krótkoterminowe plany ich rozwoju
  • odpowiedzialność za wdrażanie strategii firmy w sieciach aptecznych, negocjacje, realizację planów i zarządzanie budżetem, w tym planowanie i egzekwowanie realizacji budżetów klienckich
  • wprowadzanie nowych pozycji asortymentowych oraz wdrażanie i koordynowanie działań promocyjnych
  • Codzienna współpraca m.in. z zespołami sprzedaży, marketingu i innych działów w centrali firmy w Łodzi
  • Bieżąca analiza sprzedaży w w/w kanale w tym analiza działań konkurencji

Nasze wymagania

  • Minimum 3 letnie doświadczenie w sprzedaży do sieci - mile widziane doświadczenie we współpracy z sieciami aptecznymi i drogeryjnymi
  • Umiejętność pracy w systemie opartym o wyniki sprzedaży, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem osiągania wytyczonych celów sprzedażowych
  • Wysokie kompetencje w zakresie technik sprzedaży oraz zasad negocjacji
  • Prawo jazdy kat. B i doświadczenie w prowadzeniu samochodu
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem arkusza kalkulacyjnego Excel
  • Samodzielność i odpowiedzialność w realizacji powierzonych zadań
  • Inicjatywa w działaniu oraz zdolność analitycznego myślenia
  • Wysoka kultura osobista
