Quality Control Group Leader


Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Organizacja pracy podległych inspektorów jakości (harmonogram pracy, rotacje, przerwy itd.)
  • Zarządzanie kontrolą jakości oraz materiałem na zdefiniowanym obszarze,
  • Stosowanie wymagań jakościowych dotyczących procesu i produktu,
  • Reagowanie na powtarzające się problemy jakościowe,
  • Wspieranie i rozwiazywanie problemów procesowych na podległym obszarze,
  • Rozwijanie systemu kontroli jakości,
  • Przeprowadzanie i udział audytach jakości,
  • Monitorowanie statusu wykonania szkoleń przez inspektorów jakości,
  • Wdrażanie oraz dbanie o rozwój inspektorów jakości w swoim obszarze,
  • Codzienne przygotowywanie raportów jakościowych, czynny udział w spotkaniach produkcyjnych, rozwiązywanie problemów,
  • Udział w projektach jakościowych i procesowych,
  • Realizacja celów biznesowych,
  • Wspieranie Kierownika Jakości w rekrutacjach, onboardingach nowych pracowników oraz rozmowach kwartalnych,
  • Odpowiedzialność za porządek i bezpieczeństwo na podległym obszarze,
  • Wykonywanie innych poleceń przełożonego.

Nasze wymagania

  • Wykształcenie średnie,
  • Ponad 2 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku w zakładzie produkcyjnym,
  • Znajomość procesów produkcyjnych,
  • Wiedza w zakresie posługiwania się pakietami Ms Office,
  • Znajomość KPI dotyczących jakości i utrzymaniem porządku w obszarach itp.,
  • Znajomość normy ISO 1348,
  • Znajomość narzędzi do rozwiązywania problemów jakościowych (5W1H, 5xWhy, PDCA),
  • Mile widziana znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym,
  • Umiejętność skupienia się na szczegółach,
  • Umiejętność pracy pod presją,
  • Otwartość i chęć do nauki nowych rzeczy,
  • Umiejętności interpersonalne miękkie – rozmowy motywujące i dyscyplinujące,
  • Rozwiązanie konfliktów,
  • Umiejętność podejmowania decyzji, gotowość do udzielania odpowiedzi,
  • Umiejętność szkolenia innych oraz przekazywania informacji,
  • Umiejętność pracy ze sprzętem IT i narzędziami pakietu MS,
  • Umiejętność pracy indywidualnej i grupowej,
  • Gotowość do pracy w systemie 4 brygadowym.

Osoba na tym stanowisku odpowiada za całość operacji jakościowych oraz koordynację codziennych zadań grupy pracowników kontroli jakości (w obrębie swojej zmiany produkcyjnej) poprzez dbanie o organizację pracy oraz zaplecze techniczne, tak aby uzyskać gotowy produkt na czas i zgodnie z wymaganiami jakościowymi. Zespół mu podlegający odpowiedzialny jest za monitorowanie, kontrolę I nadzór jakościowy nad procesem wytwarzania wyrobów zgodnie z wymaganiami klientów.
