Operations Controller

Your responsibilities

  • Reinforces financial and controlling processes at Poland Home Healthcare (HHC) Business Line (4 entities),
  • Provides various financial analysis and result reporting for single entities and consolidated scope,
  • Analyzes results and prepare comments for monthly performance,
  • Develops and maintain suite of standard controlling reports to understand performance, drive cost savings and efficiencies,
  • Responsible for financial activities (group and statutory) including Month End Close, Forecasting,
  • Budgeting, cash flow reporting and business reviews,
  • Being a point of contact and building trust and long-term relationships with stakeholders and coworkers local and at the group level,
  • Works closely with the Accounting Teams, CFO and Management Boards,
  • Manages control over capital assets – including reviewing project economics,
  • Proactively support teams to implement action plan following internal and external Audits,
  • Supports in developing efficient IT systems and tools for processes improvement,
  • Actively initiates and takes care of process improvements to perform best quality of reports and data,
  • Contributes actively to the HHC Business Line development in Poland through participation in efficiency,
  • transformation, acquisitions projects.

Our requirements

  • Extensive financial knowledge and experience in multinational environment,
  • Knowledge of Polish accounting standards and IFRS,
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel is a must (Google sheets would be advantage), ERP systems,
  • CIMA, ACCA, MBA will be additional advantage,
  • At least 3 years of experience in Finance area (Financial Analyst/Controller/Auditor),
  • Very good analytical skills, knowing the finance, P2P, AC, accounting process,
  • Independent, goal-oriented, problem solving, flexible and proactive person,
  • Experience in project management,
  • Embrace digital and IT transformation,
  • Strong communications and presentations skills,
  • Ability to lead and motivate people,
  • High ethical standards,
  • Fluent in English.
