Junior Customer Service Specialist


Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Obsługa Klienta i wsparcie w rozwiązywaniu problemów
  • Współpraca z Klientami w zakresie realizacji zleceń (kontakt telefoniczny i mailowy)
  • Monitorowanie realizowanych zleceń
  • Przygotowywanie dokumentacji transportowej i wprowadzanie danych do systemu
  • Nadzór nad poprawnością dokumentów, administrowanie dokumentacją
  • Bieżące prace organizacyjne oraz współpraca z innymi działami firmy

Nasze wymagania

  • Znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację z Klientami oraz partnerami na świecie
  • Zaangażowanie, rzetelność oraz chęć do nauki i rozwoju w branży TSL
  • Komunikatywność i otwartość
  • Dobra organizacja pracy, umiejętność planowania działań
  • Umiejętność podejmowania samodzielnych decyzji
  • Obsługa komputera – Pakiet MS Office
  • Pracujemy od poniedziałku do piątku od 8:30 - 16:30
